De ce fait, certains ont fait moins d&rsquo;exercice physique et sont rest\u00e9s davantage s\u00e9dentaires. Il n\u2019est pas possible de perdre des graisses \u00e0 un seul endroit, cibl\u00e9 par des exercices comme les abdos. La perte de graisse doit en effet se faire au niveau de tout le corps.<br \/>\nLa marche rapide, la natation, la course \u00e0 pied ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9 dans la perte de poids.<br \/>\nVous pouvez aussi essayer le HIIT cardio. Le HIIT est l\u2019acronyme de High-Intensity Interval Training en anglais. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un entra\u00eenement fractionn\u00e9 de haute-intensit\u00e9. Il se divise en p\u00e9riodes d\u2019efforts intenses et courts et de temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a de nombreux avantages au HIIT cardio. En plus de br\u00fbler plus de calories, il n\u00e9cessite peu de temps. Des s\u00e9ances de 20 \u00e0 30 minutes suffisent. Il n\u2019y a besoin d\u2019aucun mat\u00e9riel, et vous pouvez donc faire vos s\u00e9ances m\u00eame au milieu de votre salon.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p><strong>3- Lutter contre le stress<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 que les personnes avec de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 abdominale pr\u00e9sentent des taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de cortisol. Le cortisol, une hormone de stress, de type glucocortico\u00efde, est associ\u00e9e avec une tendance \u00e0 consommer plus d\u2019aliments gras et sucr\u00e9s. Et oui, il ne faut pas oublier de se faire plaisir. D\u00e9terminer un jour dans la semaine ou les \u00ab craquages \u00bb sont autoris\u00e9s, et sans que vous n\u2019ayez \u00e0 culpabiliser !<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Ne pas sauter de repas<\/strong>, sauf si vous appliquer un jeun intermittent. Vous avez besoin de vos forces.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Boire <strong>1,5L d\u2019eau par jour<\/strong>, minimum ! Correspond \u00e0 8 \u00e0 10 verres d\u2019eau par jour. Un corps bien hydrat\u00e9 est un corps en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>L\u2019alcool<\/strong>, ce n\u2019est pas si grave ? <strong>L\u2019alcool<\/strong> fait grossir pour plusieurs raisons. La premi\u00e8re est que c&rsquo;est un produit tr\u00e8s calorique. Chaque gramme d&rsquo;\u00e9thanol contient 7 calories. C&rsquo;est presque autant qu&rsquo;un gramme de lipides (9 calories par gramme) et presque deux fois plus que le sucre (4 calories par gramme). Autrement dit 1 verre d\u2019alcool c\u2019est comme 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile avec 2 sucres.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Aller vous d\u00e9penser, marcher, faire <strong>des ballades 1h par jour<\/strong>, c\u2019est pour le transit et cela vous donnera bonne mine.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Les \u00e9tirements, une assurance vie pour vos muscles<\/strong>. S\u2019\u00e9tirer 3 fois dans le mois vous permettra de gagnez en amplitude, et r\u00e9duira vos risques de blessures li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Vos nuits vous embellissent ! Dormir 8h par nuit vous permettra de r\u00e9duire les sensations de faim, c\u2019est prouv\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Le stress, un ennemi qu\u2019il faut tenir \u00e0 distance<\/strong>. Sans que vous ne mangiez plus ou mal, le stress engage votre corps \u00e0 stocker les graisses. La m\u00e9ditation, le yoga ou une autre activit\u00e9 qui vous plairait vous aiderait \u00e0 lutter contre le stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Ne vous peser pas tous les jours<\/strong> car cela peu affecter votre motivation.
